1.3 Social Media Information:

Users have the option to connect their social media accounts to JABA. When this is done, JABA collects data including but not limited to the following- platform ID, platform display names, engagement types and counts, descriptions, images, videos, audience demographics, number of views, follower types and counts, date of creation for posts and bios- through secure API’s.

As a Creator, You acknowledge and agree that JABA uses YouTube’s API to collect and store all information and data available within Your YouTube account including, without limitation, the title of Your YouTube channels, their date and country of creation, images and description, number of views, number of videos, number of comments, number of subscribers, audience demographics, audience view retention, (“YouTube Data”). Therefore, by using the Platform, You notably agree to be bound to the Google Privacy Policy available at the following URL address: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

The YouTube Data is collected to (i) confirm Your subscription to the Platform and to (ii) compute statistics regarding Your JABA activity. Your YouTube Data is stored in JABA’s servers and shared with JABA’s privileged partners for statistical purposes.

You can revoke, at any time, JABA’s access to Your YouTube Data by sending an email to help@jaba.ai.

2.5.2 Instagram Data

As a Creator, You acknowledge and agree that JABA collects and stores all information and data available within Your Instagram account including, without limitation, the title of Your Instagram channels, their date and country of creation, images, videos and description including Your stories, number of views, number of pictures, number of comments, number of subscribers, audience demographics (“Instagram Data”).

The Instagram Data is collected to (i) confirm Your subscription to the Platform and to (ii) compute statistics regarding Your JABA activity. Your Instagram Data is stored in JABA’s servers and shared with JABA’s privileged partners for statistical purposes.

You can revoke, at any time, JABA’s access to Your Instagram Data by sending an email to help@jaba.ai.

2.5.3 TikTok Data

As a Creator, You acknowledge and agree that JABA collects and stores all information and data available within Your TikTok account including, without limitation, the username of Your TikTok channels, their date and country of creation, the total amount of followers, their bio, their link in bio, videos, images and description including, number of views, number of comments, number of shares, number of likes and audience demographics (“TikTok Data”).

The TikTok Data is collected to (i) confirm Your subscription to the Platform and to (ii) compute statistics regarding Your JABA activity. Your TikTok Data is stored in JABA’s servers and shared with JABA’s privileged partners for statistical purposes.

You can revoke, at any time, JABA’s access to Your Instagram Data by sending an email to help@jaba.ai.

2.6 Handling Contract Data:

JABA assists users with the creation and management of contracts. These contracts pertain to deals including but not limited to sponsorships, brand campaigns, and influencer marketing. JABA uses this data to assist in campaign management.. This data is transferred through secure HTTPS connections and stored in a non-public cloud database, and is never shared without consent of the athlete or admin.

Sharing of Information:

3.1. Service Providers:

We may engage trusted third-party service providers to assist us in providing the App's functionalities. These service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use your information to provide the requested services.

3.2 School/ Organization Administrators:

JABA shares social media insights from your connected accounts with Users deemed as “administrators” within your school or organization. This information includes but is not limited to content you have posted, engagement on your content, and content performance. This does not include any of your private social media information (ex: Direct Messages). Administrators also have access to your campaign information, including but not limited to campaign contract, associated videos and images, comment counts, comments, like counts, engagement, reach, views, audience demographics, post collaborators, and account display name.

3.3 Campaign Collaborators

JABA shares social media insights from your connected accounts with Users you or your admin deem as “collaborators”. This information includes but is not limited to content you have posted, engagement on your content, and content performance. This does not include any of your private social media information (ex: Direct Messages). Collaborators also have access to your campaign information, including but not limited to campaign contract, associated videos and images, comment counts, comments, like counts, engagement, reach, views, audience demographics, post collaborators, and account display name. Collaborators may have access to one, or multiple, of your campaigns. You will be alerted when there is a collaborator on your campaign.

3.4. Legal Requirements:

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, or government request or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property or that of others.

3.5. Business Transactions:

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Security:

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
